  44. provided by Omen Technology Inc or Dynamis Software.  If I distribute
  45. DSZEXE.ZOO, I shall also maintain DSZ.ARC in the same directory since
  46. DSZEXE.ZOO references files in DSZ.ARC.

  48. If I see see an unpacked, repacked, or otherwise modified DSZ archive or
  49. parts thereof in a file or collection of files (e.g., archive) on a
  50. bulletin board, I shall replace such files or archive members with
  51. DSZ.ARC excatly as provided by Omen Technology Inc.  I shall report
  52. instances of non compliance to Omen Technology.

  54. I shall not allow any version of dsz to be sold, modified, patched,
  55. hacked, disassembled, decompiled, or otherwise reverse engineered
  56. without the prior written permission of Omen Technology Inc.

  58. I agree to feature the ZCOMM files (ZCOMMEXE.ARC, ZCOMMDOC.ARC,
  59. ZCOMMHLP.ARC) for downloading, and to announce the availablity and
  60. features of ZCOMM in any bulletins, help displays, or other displays
  61. that mention communications programs.

  64. which I am requestiog registration, for use by Omen Technology
  65. in spot checking BBS support.
